You must be of legal age in your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to purchase paid Services through the Apps.

3. App Stores

The Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and/or Google Play Store (Android) (together, the "App Stores").

Your download and use of the Apps, and any purchase made through the Apps, may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable App Store.

4. Services

The Apps may offer free features and paid features (including subscriptions and/or in-app purchases). Any descriptions, pricing, eligibility, and availability shown in the Apps form part of the purchase flow.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website, Apps, or Services at any time.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment Processing

Prices and available plans (for example monthly, annual, or lifetime) are displayed in the Apps at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Payments are processed by the applicable App Store. ME Studio does not process payments directly and does not store your full payment information.

Taxes (if any) are handled according to the App Stores’ policies and may depend on your location.

Receipts and purchase history are available through your App Store account.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings in accordance with the App Store’s rules.

If a free trial is offered, it is governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase and the App Stores’ policies. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

If the Apps support non-consumable purchases or lifetime purchases, availability and restoration are governed by the App Stores’ rules.

7. Refunds

Digital content and subscriptions may be delivered immediately after purchase. Depending on your jurisdiction, the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has begun.

Refunds are handled by the App Stores according to their respective policies. ME Studio does not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website, Apps, and Services lawfully and not to misuse them. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your App Store account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website, Apps, and all related content and software are owned by ME Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Website, Apps, and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ME Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
